InsurBe provides access to insurance coverage ("InsurBe Insurance Products") offered by various insurance companies ("Risk Carriers"). InsurBe enables users to learn about and manage insurance products digitally through the InsurBe platform. Use of InsurBe services is free of charge. All services provided by InsurBe are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply between you and InsurBe and govern the use of InsurBe's website, platform, and services.

InsurBe acts as an insurance intermediary. Insurance coverage becomes effective only once a contract is concluded between you and the respective Risk Carrier. Insurance products displayed on the platform do not constitute legally binding offers. By submitting an application or proceeding to payment, you submit a binding request for coverage. You must provide complete and accurate information and promptly notify InsurBe of any changes to your personal details.

InsurBe serves as your primary contact for policy-related services including renewals, modifications, claims support, billing inquiries, and complaints. Policies are managed digitally. By using InsurBe's services, you consent to electronic communication for all policy-related matters.

InsurBe's liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to the extent permitted by law. InsurBe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or harm to life, body, or health.

Customers who purchase an insurance policy online via insurbe GmbH during the promotional period will receive a €15 Amazon.de voucher, provided that the contract application is successfully accepted by the insurer and the conditions described below are fulfilled. The voucher will be issued after the statutory cancellation period has expired without the contract being withdrawn or cancelled. **Eligibility** Only new customers who conclude an insurance contract online through insurbe GmbH during the promotional period are eligible to participate. New customers are defined as customers who have not previously concluded an insurance contract through insurbe GmbH. **Promotion Period** The voucher promotion begins on January 1, 2026 and ends once the available voucher quota has been exhausted. **Participation in the Voucher Campaign** Participation in the voucher promotion requires: The online purchase and submission of an insurance application via the official website of insurbe GmbH during the promotional period. Successful acceptance of the insurance application by the respective insurer. No cancellation or withdrawal of the contract within the statutory cancellation period. Mere knowledge of the promotion or visiting the website does not qualify for participation. **Conclusion of the Insurance Contract; No Cancellation** The voucher entitlement arises only if: The insurance contract is successfully accepted by the insurer, and The policyholder does not exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and The contract is not cancelled or terminated immediately after conclusion. If the contract is revoked, cancelled, or does not come into force for any reason, no voucher entitlement exists. **Issuance of the Voucher** The voucher code will be sent by email approximately four weeks after the official start date of the insurance policy, provided all conditions have been met. **Final Provisions** The voucher amount cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or credited in any other way. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with mandatory legal provisions.
